Camp Rules
These guidelines ensure a safe and enjoyable time for everyone.
- No one is to leave the campgrounds without permission from the director.
- Absolutely no fireworks or matches/lighters on the campground as well as knives, guns, alcohol, or illegal drugs.
- No swimming allowed except at specified scheduled hours.
- Swimmers are obligated to read and carry out the rules of the pool that are posted at the pool area.
- There will be no boating without the appropriate life jackets and proper supervision of the counselors.
- There will be NO boys allowed in the girls’ cabin area and vice-versa.
- Girls/Ladies–Loose fitting pants or shorts may be worn except when otherwise specified. Any fashion worn must come at least to the top of the knee and cover the shoulders. Clothing with low necklines in the front or back is not allowed. Shirts must also cover stomach.
- Boys/Men–Any fashion worn must come at least to the top of the knee and cover the shoulders. No tank tops. Please clean up for the evening services.
- All swimmers must go to and from the pool in suitable covering (regular camp clothes) and with shoes on—NO Bare Feet!
- No two-piece swimming suits for females.
- Every camper is expected to adhere to the rules and participate in the entire camping program unless medically excused.
- Please do not litter. Trash cans are conveniently located.
- Do not throw anything in the lake.
- Bring your Bible, notebook and pencils to all chapel sessions.
- No one may use the phones without permission from Director or Program Director.
- No radios/iPods/cell phones are permitted at camp. If brought, they must be turned in to the camper’s sponsor or the office, and will be returned to the camper as they prepare to leave camp.
- No one is allowed out of the cabins after lights out (bathroom exceptions with the permission of the sponsor).
- All cabins must be cleaned each morning. There will be a daily inspection.
- Shoes must be worn on the campsite and in all buildings.
- All medications must be turned into the camp nurse.
