Rapidan is 157acreas of rolling hills with a pond, and two creeks. The main building is the Lodge. This is where we have meals and chapel services. Rapidan has the ability to house 230 campers. There are 7 cabins that sleep 28 people. We also have 2 that sleep 13, these two cabins also have plumbing. The camp has a waterslide that empties into a swimming pool. We also have a pavilion set up for chapels or meetings. An outdoor basketball court is placed near our ball fields. Their are many places for a camp fire. We roast marshmallows at Timberville, our camp fire service is Lakeside, and for retreats we gather near the pavilion. |
